Please email me the commands you use and the results of those commands (copy
and paste)
Choose any three Scriptome tools and execute them
on any dataset of your choosing. In addition to showing the
input and output, please also break apart the Perl command
to describe what each of the parts do, and what the overall
command does.
Do either of the two practice exercises at the end of
the beginner's intro to Perl tutorial.
It's okay to look at the comments that follow the
tutorial, but try to make your code your own work,
and make sure you understand what you are writing!
For this question, in addition to sending me the
input and output you should also send me the code
that you have written. You probably should take
this opportunity to practice with either Vi(m)
or (X)Emacs, so tell me how you did this exercise.
