Earth and moon, seasons and phases, eclipses

Eclipses occur because the moon orbits the Earth. Each orbit of the moon takes 28 days (hence, month).

Discussion questions:
(1) What phase of the moon is it for lunar eclipse?
(2) What phase of the moon is it for solar eclipse?
(3) Why don't eclipses happen twice every month?
