Please note that we'll do a pretty decent hike on this
trip. Make sure you are prepared: water, good shoes, hat,
sunscreen, etc. Also, this is an all day trip; make sure
you have as much food as you'll need (though we will stop
a couple of times for emergency loading up; see
the itinerary).
