Maps for Lab 2 (Scenic skyride)

Here is the map for Lab 2 (Scenic skyride). Try clicking on "Terrain" -- it's pretty amazing. Also, look to see where we will meet at 8:45 am on Sunday, September 13. You'll need to click on "Satellite" and zoom in to see exactly where to meet -- it is the parking lot between Buildings 21B and 22.

Driving directions (for van drivers and co-pilots):

  • Left out of parking lot.
  • Right onto Ellery.
  • Left onto San Francisco.
  • Cross tracks.
  • Continue north to Forest (at the medical center).
  • Turn left on Forest.
  • Turn right on Fort Valley Road.
  • Continue for around 7 miles to turnoff to Arizona Snowbowl.
  • Turn right on Arizona Snowbowl road.
  • Head uphill to the very top.
  • Park.
