Itinerary for Lab 2 (Meteor Crater)

08:30 DET, AAL, Ariel pick up vans

08:45 meet at meeting spot (see map)

09:00 discussion of logistical issues, hand back previous labs, etc. etc.

09:15 sharp! depart for Meteor Crater

10:15 arrive at Meteor Crater

10:30 walk out to rim, first talk (plus bonus DET talk on NEOs/surveys)

11:00 walk to end of path, second talk

11:30 third talk (location TBD)

12:30 depart Meteor Crater

13:30 arrive on campus at meeting place

13:45 DET, AAL, Ariel drop off vans

Note: Make sure you check out the Visitor Center while we are there. They have lots of interesting displays on various things.

We will be doing only a small hike (a walk, really) on this field trip.
