Poster Printing

The department has a large format color poster printer (HP DesignJet 2500cp, 600 dpi), using 36-wide photo-quality roll paper (printable width is 34 inches).

This printer is available for other departments on campus, however turnaround time depends on what else I have to do (the printer has to be babysat), and so the more lead time the better.

This a voluntary service on our part (i.e., we're not Kinko's), and we only charge for supplies and wear/tear on the printer. We charge $6.50 per linear foot ... with an additional $10.00 per poster charge if the poster uses a solid background color or picture.

PowerPoint, PDF or PostScript files are accepted.
Those wishing to make use of this, should contact me first to determine the availability of the printer. If we can do the print for you, then email me the file to be printed along with an AREA/ORG number to be charged against.
